Got to the river Friday evening and it was blown out from the rain. Fished all day today, I ended up only landing one chrome silver around 645 pm on a green corky with a 3/4 oz weight. Hooked 2 kings and had a steelhead on but couldn't finish the job. Eggs free drifting where I was at below the battle ground was working in the early morning. One guy had two steelhead, so they are still there. Plenty of fish should be coming up this week with the rain. I had a blast and love this river. The road getting to the river with the puddles is getting some major ruts in it, so just stay to the side and you should be able to clear it and be able to drive to the gravel bar.
