My friend Danny and I launched at Cathlamet about 7AM, trolled Clifton channel and just off the shipping channel outside Tennasillahe island for about 6 hours using plug cut herring and Brads cutplug lures in 11-20' of water. No bites, too early. Water was nice and clear.
