6/21/2015 4:51:00 PMThe Nisqually has been like that for the 30 years I have been fishing / duck hunting it. The nets can only be in the water a few days of the week when the fish are running. This time of year some of the buoys are marking deadheads just under the water which is a good thing so you don't hit it with your out-drive. Also, you need to watch the tides when going up the river, I have seen many boats get stuck high and dry thinking there is enough water to come back down the river It sucks when you have to wait 4 or so hours for the tide to change....
