6/23/2015 7:53:00 AMLots of bank access...you can find good spots at the Skagit Valley Playfields in burlington. once in the park follow gravel road along dike till you see cars parked. walk up and over dike, and you will be able to locate where you want to go. Also, in between the I-5 bridge and train tracks, on the burlington side of river, there is a good sand bar used frequently. Get out there and give it a go!! Good luck!
