Yes finally was able to schedule my self late in the morning for work, so fished the lower Snoho for some pink, I am the first car there figured out fish probably not in thick yet. Get to a spot and start fishing right away with 2" buzz, just slowly retrieve and short jigging in between. Didn't see any roller,jumpers or any activities on the water. After maybe over an hour fishing I finally hook in to a male humpy, quite good size too. I though I snag the bottom first cause my line just stop and when I jig it it start peeling of li e. Fight for a minute or two and it spit the hook 4 feet away from me. A net always comes in handy in this situation, I came to the battle field unprepared. After that I try for another half hour fishing hoping I. Am on top of a school run but nadda. Called it quite and head for work.
