Fished upper Snohomish and finally hook up with fish. Got there very early before work and had a 2 hour to spent fishing. In an hour hook and lost 2 right away, the 3rd fish hook and land a buck but it has a large hump already and decided to release that one. 4rth fish hook and land a nice bright buck bonk it bleed and onto the stringer. Fished for a little while more then my alarm went on it time to go for work. Left the river with one today. Thank for the info Djbutler on finding the fish. There seems to be a good numbered school swimming up and down that area. Seems like they're just waiting for a good rain to make it up river. The water is so shallow that you can see the school stuck up and see their dorsal fin and bobbing heads upper side of the river trying to make it through. It was an amazing sight. The fish are starting to show up. So far you gotta spend time to catch fish, dont expect to be out the and limited out for less than an hour the hot summer days made the fish tight lipped.
