Arrived just before daybreak. The water is still like chocolate milk. I was fishing just on the dam side of the red gate. I decided plunking was about the only option . So I soaked cured prawns on a homemade 'Cherry Bomb' spinner. It was almost noon and I was about to pack it up and call it quits. When I hooked and landed a 7 lb fire truck buck. It is already on the Smoker.
