Stopped by the Skook to see what was happening. Not too crowded probably because it was new years. Was a nice day and fished till my eyelets froze up.
Didn't see any steelhead, but I did catch an old beautifully colored coho.
Would have been amazing to catch him bright and shiny! Was nice to get out while it wasn't raining ;)
Met a new friend. As usual, it was nice to chit chat about fishing and share some stories. I have met some really awesome people on the rivers up north and south :)
