Started fishing on the Wynoochee River at Sunrise. We were using eggs with a double hook set up. We fished the upper river section and were on fish right away but lost a few. Then 10 am rolled along and the weather changed for the worse! Wind 10-20 and heavy rain which instantly lowered the temp by 10-15 degrees and made the fish basically shut down. A few bites but slow. at 2pm the sun popped out and fish were hitting again. We had a good day even though weather wasn't working! Day before was sunny and warm and we filled the boat with full limit of 6 fish. Just goes to show what weather can do to fishing.
