Started fishing just inside the Willamette River at Frogmore Slough .Trolling at the bottom with cut plug herring. 100 plus boats on the water in our area fished up to Chapman Landing. No fish caught in the area other than the odd Sturgeon. Not even a bump!Marked fish everywhere but no bites. As we're leaving a anchored boat at Frogmore Slough using Mag Lip wrapped in Tuna caught fish............... Fished the Thursday with partly cloudy and cooler weather and went 4 of 6.
