9/29/2016 7:30:00 AMNorth and south fork open the 1st of October--- I will be the last person to turn anyone in, especially when the regs are so screwed up so fish on! Just don't get caught, they take your truck, poles, gear and boats.... Saw it last year on the skagit with a sturgeon fisherman.... Complete idiots for sure! I'm on the river daily.
