Went out drifting on the Sol Duc water was at 13 boards from all the rain and was running pretty fast, clarity was decent however and we put in at Maxfield Road and drifted down a bit fishing plugs chrome and pink. We lost one and then got one 7lb fresh from the salt still had sea fleas on it. then nothing for most of the day toward afternoon we got a nice 17lb sitting in some slack water on a bend. All were wild so we took a pic and turned em loose. Didn't hook into any spring chinook but all in all was a fun day.
