My girlfriend just moved to a new place and wanted to take the dog for a run at a little dog friendly park around the corner she heard about. We got there and the park was full of house wives and poodles. I figured what the hell the dog can run for a few. After a few minutes I noticed 3 ponds in the park, So I was tossing the ball in the water for my dog and happend to look over at one of the little inlets and there are some huge bass hanging out. A few days later the girlfriend wanted to go again this time I jump in the car pole in hand and of course the dog and girlfriend. So I toss the ball for a few and it was just about dusk. I get my pole out of the car and started casting a small top-water lure and on the 3rd cast picked a nice largemouth.

I have been back many times in the last few weeks some times with the dog and girlfriend and some times not...lol other than the funny looks I get from joggers and poodles I have had good results every time. (and yes I put them back every time)
