This is a 7.5lb largmouth I got & released I would rather not say the lake because too many people keep taking the big fish out of the lakes in WA. I would like to see Washington lakes put more effort into the catch & release effort of Bass This bass could be as old as 13 years So unless people want to catch nothing but tiny fish it is wise to release the larger ones.
*Editor's Note: To set the record straight, WashingtonLakes.com does not endorse keeping or releasing fish. Our position is that anglers follow the regulations as the state of Washington has set them forth. That said, I personally endorse releasing any bass on the large end of the slot limit so others may enjoy this incredible resource. Being new to bass angling has given me a great appreciation of this sport fish. Nice fish John!
