Hard day on the water but I still managed to boat a few. Weather is all messed up here. I guess its better to have inconsistent weather every day rather than snow right now but holy heck its hard to fish. Got to the lake at around 7 and it started to rain as i parked the truck. Nothing like the last 3 days have been. I thought for sure today would be a great day but Its the wild wild north west!

I was fishing shallow cranks, senkos, chatter baits, jigs, craws....and caught nothing.

I put down all the baitcasters and went to work with spinning set ups. Caught the first one on a grub (small pounder). Then worked a drop shot in 10 ft of water watching them come out of cover as slow as possible. The water at this lake is super clear so its hard not to spook them not to mention the temp went down to 54 from 61 yesterday and never went up while I was out.
