The tubes hit the water at 5:15pm and off the water around 8:45pm. We launched at the shallow launch but the water was up a good amount so launching was very easy. Water temps ran right around 60. And the bite? Well we didnt have one until probaly close to 8:00. Then we caught a total of 8 dinks. My friend, David catching the largest at 1.5 pounds. tried as hard as we could to get Nathan on a fish but he had not takers. I caught 1 at a half a pound or so, David caught 3 and FishinFreak caught 4. Most of FishinFreaks seemed to be caught close to the shore line while 2 of David's were in a small stump field off to the left of the launch right before you turn back onto the main lake. Still no love for R0cky23 but is sure his first bass is right around the next bend. The wind seemed like it was going to be an issue but calmed down as the evening progressed. The fish were being caught on 5" Zeros & Senkos.
