We spent some serious time at one of my favorite Eastern Washington lakes last weekend. Wind was up on Saturday and we were confined to 15% of the fishable water. We stayed with it all day anyway and ended up with 4fish Saturday and a 5 fish Sunday. Saturdays fish ranged from 1.5 #'s to 4.3#'s . On Sunday the water temps actually reached 62 degrees by days end. We were rewarded on Sunday with the smallest fish at 4.1#'s and the largest tipping the scales at 6.5#'s. A few of Sundays fish hit a 3/8 white spinnerbait on the fall , in 10 feet of water.Tough fishing conditions , great rewards for persistence. I love the prespawn. The weekend was actually a 5 all the way around!
