We pickle them, smoke them etc........Every winter when the opportunity arises we lay in a supply of white meat fish......be it stripers here out of Powell or perch out of WA-WA. We have been playing with a down rigger theory here for larger fish. Bringing a little of the NW style to the SW. If we can get it to go will post a thread on the BASS page. If you fish .......... and haven't made it down here yet.........make an addition to "The bucket list".
