No hits or catch report here. There was quite a few boats in the basin...but I did not see one net go down...except maybe for an overboard beverage! Trolled throughout the basin varying fishing depths, starting on the surface to 50 feet down. Marked fish suspended out over 120 ft and also around drop offs and shoulders. I was marking a few fish throughout the day and adjusting accordingly…but no take downs. Most of the fish seemed about 20-40 feet down, but I fished all the way to 50 feet. I was able to add numerous icons to the Lowrance as I passed familiar reliable hot spots. I was primarily after silvers...by the end of the day I would have settled for a bluegill!
Used:
Apex w/ 3/0 dodger
K-Fly w/ silver hackle
Various plugs
