Went out htis moring form six to nine in hopes of some dinner for tonight.
I had put rainbow trout as target fish but i was really trying to see if anything would bite.. I never got a nibble but i used spinner's, powerbait, and eggs. BIG (12-20 inch) Salmon were jumping right off shore about 10 feet out well under my casting range. tried every bait i had but as long as i have been fishing in mcNary on and off for for about 6 months (during the season)i have never caught one fish and there jumping all around even when i had a boat . so im going to have to give this a big fish fail though i may be doing somthing wrong.


ps any pointers would be grateful for the devil that is upper mcnary dam or should i say DAMN.
