Most people spend too much time near the bridge. It's a decent run, but go north to crescent bar, fish the slough behind the bar, the old barge (ferry landing) smallies to 4 pounds abound. Fish the rocky points upstream from crescent bar, and watch for the major drop off above quilomene bay, you'll find the fish.
