Trolled Clifton Channel marked only one fish after 2 hours. Trolled and bottom fished above the Puget Island bridge marked fish intermittentlly only saw one jump. Tough and cold fishing. I am going to hit again later this week. Any tips would be appreciated. This is my first year fishing the lower Colombia.
