Made it out on the water by 7:00 a.m., and the weather was pretty good with very little wind, which has been rare lately. Anyway went to one of our favorite spots and started to jig of the bottom, morning bite was pretty slow with only a couple fish for the 1st hour or so. Then my friend Jeremy changed up his rigging and went with a bait minnow with silver and green speckels and the bite was on. We ended up catching our limit and released some of the smaller ones to end up with some descent size keepers, Didn't catch anything real big, mostly 16 to 19 in. perfect eaters. If you are planing a trip to Roos. there are only a couple spots left to launch at, water is way down. We launched at 7 bays, what a zoo that place was. Well good luck to all and be safe out there.
