Fished the last 3 days of the Lower Columbia Springer season and it was pretty darn good for us. We ended up going 13 for 20 on Hatchery Springers trolling headless green labels and a medium sized fish flash. Beautiful weather also was a bonus...this is my first official Washington Lakes Report and I'm happy to be able to contribute here.
