1/19/2013 7:44:00 AMThe Columbia River section 19 is for the north section of Roosevelt. If correct, that means he was fishing the section from the confluence of the Spokane river at Two Rivers north toward the Canadian border. Spring Canyon is at the furthest south section of Roosevelt and would fall under section 18 of the Columbia River. Info is right at the top of the report. ;-)
