Finally. Lol. We stayed Friday night, Saturday and Sunday morning. We had two boats, and two guys on each boat. We were trying out the fishfinders and just enjoying the weather. We ran up north, of the Spokane arm Saturday. Marked lots of fish suspended around 50' down in 85' of water. We trolled a large rapalla fire tiger deep diver (30') at about 1.8mph up stream. We were about a mile and a half north of casino flats when it happened. My brother thought he had a snag, then it started pulling. And pulling. We netted it and weighed and measured it. Just over 27", and weighed (3 times), at 8 pounds 7 ounces. The rest if the weekend was uneventfull after that, but we were happy. We caught a small 18" eater, and ate him. Again on a rapalla, but this one white and gold.

A little cold and nippy but an amazing time. We owe it to my friends wife who set the whole weekend up for us. She is awesome.
