Brrrr...cold morning 13 degrees when we left home. Roads were good and hopes were high for another day of fast fishing at Roosevelt. Put in at Ft Spokane; the launch was icy to say the least. I think if we stop and drain our traliers before going back up the ramp after launching it would help. Also maybe pull to one side and not use the straight up approach to help keep ice off and don't forget your bucket of sand like I did!

Fishing was a little slower today. It took 15 minutes to get the first one and about four hours for the 10 fish limit. These fish are putting on weight and growing. The largest was 18" this trip. Caught them from the top to 35 feet deep. Frisky Jenny Lenny Special worked the best but we caught them on everything we tried.

Fresh fish for dinner is always a treat....yum!

Tight lines and Happy Thanksgiving. We are so privileged with all of the great fishing here in the Pacific Northwest - Alan
