Well, this was my first trip here and all I can say is does the wind ever stop? I'm exaggerating slightly. We did have about 4 hours of calm in the last two days of our 4 day trip. The fishing was ok though, caught about 30 bass between 4 fisherman in four days. Most were 1 1/2-2 lbs with one that weighed 4 lbs. Also caught several small perch, a crappie, and a 2 1/2 lb catfish on a plastic worm, go figure! The camping left much to be desired unless you like camping on gravel and the wind was incredible at times but the fishing was good enough that I would probably try this lake again. That is if the forecast is for light winds!

P.S. Please remember that this is catch and release only for bass, witnessed a few people who seemed to have forgotten this! Otherwise, enjoy the fishing.....
