There are fish in Lake Roosevelt! After not having a bite fishing all day Tuesday, this was a better day. Although the wind was blowing 20mph in my face, making it difficult to cast, I did manage one nice Rainbow of 16 1/2 inches. Had one other bite, also. Fished only an hour before giving up and heading to Creston for lunch. I gave it a three because in spite of the wind, the sun was out and pleasantly warm.
