This report is for Friday 11/11 and Saturday 11/12. Fishing at Roosevelt was red hot for rainbows. Fish are averaging 16 inches and chunky. Approximately 20% are holdovers ranging from 18 to 22 inches. We pulled two limits Friday in just under 2 hours. On Saturday we had 6 in the boat in the 1st 40 minutes. Ended up with a total of 8 on Saturday and then the bite just died. Fished from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM both days in the Lincoln area. We used perch Kekeda flies behind fast limit dodgers and hot wings. Flies were tipped with a chunk of night crawler. Trolled 3 colors of lead core with 50 feet of leader at 2.7 to 3.0 mph. Smallest fish was 15" and the largest was 22" and went 4.5 lbs. Love this fishery.
