HOT, that's the word for the weather and the fishing! Multiple reports of LOTS of Cats coming in. Average is probably around 4 lbs with 10lb + very common. Hot bait seems to be chicken liver as we were wiped out at Lyons Ferry Marina this weekend. Cut bait, night crawlers and even hot dogs also were on the menu. A lot of focus on the Palouse River but action is also heating up in the Snake River too as water warms. We think some of the best fishing of the year is around the corner.

The KOA @ Lyons Ferry marina sits on the banks of the mighty Snake River. Awesome fishing and the scenery cant be beat!
