6pm. Went out with my dad for an overnighter in the boat to try and get a sturgeon. I hooked two, first one came off quick, second one stayed on for a while, but after making a dramatic rising out of the water came off the hook as well. Pops had zero action. I got bored and cast in a dick nite tipped with a worm. Got a mountain whitefish/ peamouth. Lightning storm scared us off the river about 6am. Beautiful area, I have yet to land a sturgeon two years in a row. Maybe someday. Cant wait to go camping here after my kid is born.
