Went up to Ayer Boat Basin to try for channel cats/bullheads. This place has been pretty reliable in the past, and I've always caught a few.
But streak broken. Not a bite in five hours of fishing. Tried liver, shrimp, nightcrawlers, stew beef, and scented spinners. Tried fishing the bottom, and even suspended.
Not a good use of gas money.....
