Got a chance to fish on the Bounty Hunter out of Castries, St. Lucia.(Not Wyoming, but I had to pick something) It was a great day for Sandy and me to spend on the water. The wind was around 20mph. We trolled a variety of resin heads and squid rigs baited with ballyhoo. The bite rate was about one every 30 minutes or so. It was incredible to constantly be "in" bait with flying fish and "gar fish" all around. Water and air temps were in the low 80's. We mostly trolled from 7 to 12 mph. Sandy had a ball catching the biggest of the barracuda! The Booby's, Tern's and Frigate Birds were a delight to watch as they homed in on the bait as it got pounded by fish from below.
