--Fished south 1/3 of the lake. Tried shallow water near red lake hazard markers that has been productive this time of year. Water temp 48-50 degrees. No takers. East along deep water ledge of rock wall... marked some fish at 80 ft lines at 70 and 25 ft no takers.
--Getting desperate so headed to Pine point where usually only smaller kokanee...two similar takes only one to the boat less than 1 lb but as desperate kept it for supper. Three shakers less than 6 inches. I use single barbless hooks so easly to long release.

--not sure why but bait, tackle and method didn't allow me to enter.
--Was using BC made lures.... Oki tackle flasher UV jelly fish 8 inch and 6 inch.... I trolled it at 1.1 mph so it will dodge similar to action on a sling blade...takes higher speed to flash.
--Larger fish taken on the 8 inch.
-- Pink waked spoon behind 8 inch got both larger fish. but also some hits on the smaller 6 inch with tumbler lure in orange and silver.

--Tried a variety of UV hoochies behind same flashers with scent... no takers but did not use them in the area of Pine point where all fish were caught. Probably would have worked there as well.

--Fish were generally smaller than I would expect for this time of year
