I arrived at the river 30 minutes before first light, and fished until noon. Rained hard all day with some strong gusts at times and heavy overcast. I fished jigs under a float on my centerpin set up. Pink over white 1/4 oz jigs about 20" under the float in 4 ft of water. 3 ft of visibility. I went 6/11 on chum salmon, i wasnt alone out there today though, it was a gong show for sure.
