The fishing then was pretty good but there were a lot of fish being taken from the lake so I imagine the action will slow down quickly. I even had to wait about 15 minutes on opening morning just to get a parking spot. Stayed on the water in my float tube for maybe a couple of hours with about a couple dozen to the boat and a whole lot of missed strikes. Hopefully I'll get back out there for a couple hours again early this Sunday morning before the fishing slows down too much.
