My grandson, son, and I hit Palmer expecting poor fishing for Kokanee , and that is what we got. Kokanee seemed nonexistent....still highly impacted by the copepod infestation from last year. One big surprise was had when my grandson decided to try bass. He hooked two. One was a 20 inch-5 lb. small mouthed bass.

We were the only people there for almost 2 full days. Except for the bass...it was a waste of time. Try somewhere else until this infestation clears up.
