Fished Stan Coffin for the first time on saturday the 16th of July. My Dad and I went together and the very first cast each of us caught a fish. It was really weird when all of a sudden we both had a bass at the same time. Both these fish were around the 1 to 2lb range. All in all my Dad caught 2 more bass and I also brought in two more bass. The biggest fish of all probably hit the scales at just 3lbs. These fish were really hittin our lures real tough. All day we were using texas rigged yamamoto hula grubs. We used the brown and clear color, each working just as well. Have some pictures from the trip and I will post them as soon as I get them from my dad.
