Got up early and on the lake by 7am. Was misty rain and some fog in the trees. Lake was smooth and fish jumping. Water temp was 53 and about the same for air temp. Got my limit but lost as many. Time to change out the hook and leader. Used pop gear and night crawlers. Got two fish within 15 minutes so headed around the lake with no luck till I got back to the north end. I figured out by then they were in 25ft or less so stayed there and got the rest. Last one was 14" and nailed it mid lake crossing from West to east to head back to the launch at 11am. All in all a good day fishing.
