Finally a true spring day at the lake. Temp about 65, water temp up to 63-64 and mostly sunny - pretty windy though. Had gusts up to 13mph.

Went high-style and had a hamburger picnic this day.

Caught and release 28 fish in total. P. bragged he used the same lure all day and boated the most - 14 trout, 1 largemouth.
K. and I changed lures all day and fared okay. K. boated 10 trout and I was lowest with 4 trout - but I say mine were bigger.
(Not really but it irritates them real good when I say it.)

As we were preparing to launch some nice folks said "hello" and said they read our reports all the time and recognized us from
Northwest Fishing Reports. They asked for some tips which we shared and we hope they got some fish. These island visitors said they'd be happy just to boat one fish. Hope it was even more!
