The wife and I were exploring new lakes this weekend. So we tried out this small, non-combustion lake. First off the launch is very shallow and tight. We managed to get the boat launched and off the gravel bar. We fished docks and the small islands searching for perch, bass and bluegill. Hooked a bluegill on a spinnerbait and a couple small perch on jigs. Saw some nice large mouth in the shallows, but were not interested in what I was offering. Other than the lack of fish, the weather was perfect and is was not crowded.
