Got the boat in the water around 9am. Headed out to point across from the boat launch. Anchored up and began casting and retrieving crappie jigs. The bite was pretty good in the morning. Caught some perch, pumpkinseeds, bluegill and a bunch of small crappie. Caught quite a few crappie throughout the day, but all of them were under the 9" required length, so, back into the drink they went. It was hot and sunny.
