Am I the only one fighting wind just about every time I go out? Got to Beaver about 7:00AM. When we got there there were 3 boats on the lake already...and 5 by 9:00AM. I've NEVER seen 5 boats on Beaver ! We worked the North end and picked up a handful of small fish while dodging one of the floating mats that tried to pin us in the corner as it was pushed by the wind.

After a couple hours we moved down the W side hitting patches of pads and some grass mats with frogs. My son managed some excitement and stuck a 4.5 for the final fish of the day. All in all a good day...
