This is for several days... Wed 6/28 got to Roosevelt set up camp and fished the evening for only about an hour but had a good bite that didn't hook up and a bait stolen so I had high hopes! Thurs morning fished for hours with no bites but luckily ran into Craig of YJ Guides who gave me a couple new spots to try. This turned into one bite that evening that hooked up and yielded an oversized fish that was about 7'... awesome! Friday dawned and tried a new spot that was on fire! There were about 15 boats on this flat and they were all catching fish. Ended the day with 20 Sturgeon landed.... outstanding! But then the bite changed and I ended up not touching another fish despite a lot of hours put in Sat, Sun, Mon, and Tues morning. Talking to others that were having success on those days it had turned into a deep (90+ ft) squid bite. Which I didn't have heavy enough leads for and didn't bring squid... oh well! Learned some good lessons and will be better prepared for the next time!
