Holter Lake -

Day 2 fishing with my son Matt in (his) new boat, My old 15 foot Klamath. We picked a launch 4 miles down from the dam launch. It put us right on top of some fishy spots that unfortunately had non-biting fish. I know because I kept marking them!

We tried jigging for awhile, but mostly trolled worm trolls.
Matt had one nice take down that shredded his worm. "It felt like bottom but then I felt the head shakes."

We called it a morning and then did some trailer backing practice. No one around so it was a good morning for it.

The boat is now signed over to my son. End of an era for me, start of one for him!
