Back at it again. I can't get enough. Even though this makes 6 days in a row with no fish, I am still not giving up. I will be out tomorrow morning. My first available morning all week. I was only able to spend an hour and a half at the river.

The evening seems not to be working out too well. The only action I saw was the guy who was standing in the river in front of me. He was able to cast his pink squid jigs into the swift part of the river. His first catch wasn't really a catch. He snagged a pink on its back fin and struggled to reel it in. When he finally go it in he realized it was snagged and had to release it. I was proud of his integrity. The second fish he caught was also not legal. He snagged it by the tail. He had to release that also. It is good to see people playing by the rules. Unfortunately this shows me that they aren't really biting at least in the evening. I will try fishing low tide tomorrow morning. I heard it can make a difference.

Good luck all.
