Launched out of triton cove at 530 am. Went up to quilicene bay and dropped down riggers. Ran shallow with other boats early on running gear at 20-30 foot, no pick ups. Saw some fish jumping but not many. Didn't see any other boats picking up fish, some running right on the bank trolling blue foxes i suspect. At about 10 am i headed to fishermans point outside of quilicene bay and started marking tons of fish in 100 ft of water. Picked up probably 50 shakers silvers and blackmouth. Did that for a while then headed to the middle of dabob and marked fish at 250 ft and dropped down...more shakers. Headed to the northern point of dabob where it meets the canal and picked up more shakers. Never landed a keeper fish but probably hooked onto 100 shakeres for the day. Kept me busy on the rigger. Used a couple of different flashers and different coho killers, most pickups came on a black and purple coho killer. Fun day just wish i had some to take home.
