Fished Tualco again today. Still a few fish moving through, not large schools. My girl floated jigs. I twitched jigs and drifted corkies. one bit on the float but came off.. a few hook ups on the twitched jigs, but most were foul hooked and came off quickly. The fish are hiding in deep pockets near cover. I did land a female on a corky. A few soft bites near the end of the drift on the deeper holes. Tough fishing, but saw a lot of cool wildlife including heron, beaver and a osprey fishing. Good luck out there.
ps, please if you need to defecate on the river bury it. Thank you in advance.
