With dreams of giant rainbows from much earlier in the year trips, my wife and I decided to try Sprague Lake...ZERO BITES / ZERO FISH.

The lake shore has reappeared, but aquatic shoreline growth still limits access. No other anglers (nice), but the JERK LITTER BUGS left me enough litter to fill one small garbage sack and the kicker was one other garbage sack left tied to a sign post near the launch...Really folks; you couldn't have just taken it home or to a trash can in Sprague; like I did?

Lot's of waterfowl; including the ever amusing little ruddy ducks; so hardly a wasted trip on a beautiful day.
